A fixed-salary agency: you get paid every month, no matter what sells

Updated · LuxOnly Creators

Short answer: this is a salary for you, the creator. It's not a chat or office job listing. At LuxOnly you can work on a fixed salary. You earn 800–2,000 USD a month. Most creators start at 800 USD, and it can go up based on the work you deliver. If one month is slow, that risk is on the agency, not you. You also get bonuses for video calls and custom content, and you don't pay anything to start.

What "fixed salary" actually means at a creator agency

A lot of agencies that manage OnlyFans and Fansly accounts only take a percentage of what the creator sells. Sell less, earn less.

A fixed salary shifts that risk. You commit to delivering the agreed content each week, and the agency pays you a set amount, whether that month's sales were strong or weak.

Not every agency offers this. So take your time, read the details, and compare.

How it works at LuxOnly, step by step

  1. We agree on your sessions. You and your manager decide how much content you deliver and how often. That's what we look at when we review your salary.
  2. You start at around 800 USD a month. It can go up based on the work you deliver (the criteria are in the contract), up to 2,000 USD.
  3. Bonuses on top for video calls with fans and custom content.
  4. You get paid weekly, every two weeks or monthly, whichever you prefer.
  5. Our team handles everything else: we set up and run your accounts in your name, plus fan chat, editing, posting, and social media.

What doesn't change either way

  • Your platform accounts and your bank account are in your name.
  • Nothing to pay upfront: no sign-up fee, no photo fee, no training fee, no verification fee.
  • Your content limits are in writing, and saying no never gets you punished.
  • Our team runs your fan chat in your style and within your limits, and you can read every single conversation.
  • You can leave with 45 days' notice and no penalty, and we hand your accounts over to you.

Who the fixed salary isn't for

  • Anyone who can't commit to set sessions each week. The salary depends on delivering what we agreed.
  • Anyone who doesn't want to show their face. LuxOnly always works with face.
  • Anyone under 18. The platform verifies age with an ID document.

Quick questions
