Short answer: at LuxOnly you get your own dedicated manager who speaks your language (English or Spanish). Our chat team is all women too. Behind it all is Starvi Digital LLC, a company registered in New Mexico (United States).
Your manager
Creator manager for English speakers
Works with English-speaking creators. She's your go-to person on WhatsApp or Telegram, and she meets with you every week to go over what you delivered and plan the next week.
Creator manager for Spanish speakers
Works with Spanish-speaking creators the same way: she's your contact on WhatsApp or Telegram, with a weekly meeting.
Before you sign, we do a 15-minute video call to go through the contract and the plan. That way you know who you'll be working with before you decide.
The team you don't see
Behind every creator there's a chat team, an editing team, and a traffic and social media team. That's why the notice period is 45 days: it's the time they need to reorganize.

- We message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you pick in the application.
- We never ask you for money upfront or to get started.
- We never ask for your ID over WhatsApp or for photos to "evaluate" you.
